Baldwin, D. V. (1996). Examining emotional responses to a natural disaster using pre-existing and repeated measures. A small Quick Response disaster research proposal initially approved for possible funding during 1997 by the Natural Hazards Center, University of Colorado at Boulder. Approvals extended annually, through 2005.
